Kerry Thomson, Victoria Halliday and Emma Weir join the law firm's recently-opened Belfast office in newly-created global communications roles.

The team's responsibilities include the implementation and support of the global communications strategy, enhancing of the firm's external reputation and internal comms strategy, writing opinion pieces and editorial on the back of existing research materials, managing the global comms calendar, media monitoring and overseeing social media activity.

The team is lead by Global Communications Manager Kerry (pictured) who reports into Will White, Director of Global Comms, based in London.

The Belfast team joins 10 global comms colleagues around the world in Miami, Chicago, Hong Kong, Melbourne and London; part of Kerry and the team's remit is to coordinate their activity and look for areas of collaboration to maximise the firm's presence.

Kerry's previous experience includes working as Corporate Press Manager at Scotland's National Tourism Agency, as well as various advisory comms roles in the voluntary sector for Macmillan Cancer Support and NSPCC. Victoria joins from Randox where she was Public Relations Executive and Emma from PwC where she worked as a management consultant.
