David Mounde is Managing Director at Deverill Executive Search, a member firm of the Gow & Partners World Team. David is an experienced global search consultant and has conducted numerous searches across senior management roles for some of the world’s leading companies. He is Gow and Partners leader on Corporate Affairs, Investor Relations and Marketing having successfully set up two practices in this area over the last eight years. He works with international clients both in the UK and Europe and actively advises companies on strategic personnel acquisitions.

David is an industry spokesperson and has been published and quoted extensively in Real IR, Investor Relations Magazine and Informed, another investor relations magazine. He is also a trusted adviser on career options and advice to many of the industry's senior figures.

David graduated from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and spent the early part of his career in the British Army with The Royal Dragoon Guards.

Alison Howard is a Director at Deverill Executive Search. She is an executive search and communications professional with over twelve years’ experience in the communications industry. She was an Associate Partner at Brunswick LLP, the global communications specialist, working on a mixture of cross border transactions and retained financial calendar work in the UK. After transitioning into executive search she became a consultant at Heidrick & Struggles focused on communications and clean technology placements.

Alison has a joint Honours Degree in French and Spanish from Exeter University.

Steve Buchanan is the Managing Director of our external research partner, Research Europe. Steve runs an international network of researchers who have worked with the Deverill Executive Search team on a significant number of assignments since 2003. Steve has a degree in Social Anthropology from Cambridge University.
