We were invited to conduct a group-wide performance review by the Corporate Affairs Director of a FTSE 100 Oil & Gas group. The project focussed on improving ways of working and talent management to boost performance on a day to day basis.
Creating order in uncertainty
We were asked to undertake a deep dive into the crisis communications set-up of a FTSE 100 Oil & Gas company. This followed recent peer crises and was designed to stress test the crisis management set up across the organisation, including functions and regions outside of the communications team formal remit.
